S9 Body Power Gym Strong is a multi-discplinary fitness studio devoted to the strength of  man and women. We specialize in customized fitness programming with a focus on strength and mobility, designing each experience through one-on-one or small group training. Our goal is to develop close relationships to genuinely assist in making a difference in each life. Small group classes are offered by a range of knowledgeable instructors so that we may offer a variety of fitness options to those who become members of our S9 Body Power GYM family.
