About

As a CSR thought leader, I see myself playing the role of an enabler towards building the larger socio-economic agenda of the country. With nearly 21 years of experience, I’ve had the privilege of working across a diverse set of challenges within three large multi-national companies, my two start-ups – one of them in CSR advisory, as well as with two global non-profit organisations. My strengths in the development field are primarily in strategizing and allocating resources towards the social development agenda as well as in building sustainable business practices. My personal passion lies towards empowering children and youth – an area where I have had maximum involvement over the years as a volunteer and a benefactor.

I have the ability to create customized sustainability and CSR plans based on business and stakeholder requirements, in alignment with business goals and the brand positioning in the future. On the business side, good communication skills, networking, program management, strategic planning, and developing inclusive sustainability models have been my strengths. I strongly believe in the power of Corporates contributing towards transforming societies and feel fortunate to have the right passion towards being a part of the eco-system that adds value to the socio-economic growth in India.

I’m grateful for having been identified as a LinkedIn Power Profile, 2018, and amongst the “Top 100 most impactful CSR Leaders” by World CSR Congress for the years 2017 and 2019.
Specialties: Operational & Organisational efficiencies; Networking; Relationship Management; Conceiving, planning & executing projects; Team Management; Analytical & Project Management capabilities, Fundraising, Thought leader on CSR related topics.
