A major achievement has been launching three big pan India programs on the system of rice intensification (SRI)- www.sdtt-sri.org; diversion-based irrigation (DBI) –www.livolink.org, and water supply and sanitation.Among other things, I have been involved also in Program and Institutional building. Some of the major initiatives on this are setting up Centre for Microfinance and Livelihood at Guwahati (please check www.cmlnortheast.com for more information) and Livolink foundation at Bhubaneswar.The area of expertise gained during this tenure is in the field of crop production enhancement, livestock, market-led livelihoods, employment and new economic jobs creation, water supply and sanitation and solar energy
